Please note:
- We will send the doll to you from the nearest warehouse, except for remote areas and islands.
- There will be some countries where the freight fee is more expensive (like Hawaii, Alaska ), an additional fee may be required, if you have any questions about shipping, please contact us via online chat or email([email protected]).
- In some countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, some European and South America import taxes might be required at delivery. The buyer must responsible for it. If you are not sure about the shipping policy of your country, please contact us.
- We can ship Puerto Rico packages from US warehouses, but additional shipping costs are required about 100 US dollars.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
